Mocchi Real Estate, founded in 1984 by the holder Gianni Mocchi, operates successfully and is recognized as one of the most important real estate agencies in the lower Lunigiana area, mainly in the area of Sarzana and nearby localities (Lerici, Ameglia, Montemarcello, Fosdinovo, Bocca di Magra, Santo Stefano Magra, Castelnuovo Magra, etc.) and, limited to properties of particular value, throughout the territory that extends from Versilia to the Cinque Terre.
Our office is located in the heart of the historic center of the city of Sarzana, easily reachable by parking a few meters away.
Our staff is made up of qualified personnel, with over twenty years of experience, regularly registered in the former role of “Business Agents in Mediation”, constantly updated on the regulatory developments relating to real estate affairs and on the ever-changing dynamics of the real estate market.
We are associated with the Italian Federation of Business Agents Mediators adhering to Confcommercio, on behalf of which the owner Gianni Mocchi held the role of member of the Real Estate Market Observatory at the La Spezia Revenue Agency until 2017.
